If you want to return any product you can fill the form Attached I and send a registered mail (Racomandata A/R) to Clamar SRL via XX Settembre, 25 – 22026 Malsianico (CO) Italy. You can also send a certified e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org filling in the Attached I. You can organize the shipment of the products to be returned at your expense, by sending them to Clamar SRL, via XX Settembre, 25 – 22026 Maslianico (CO) Italy. You have the right to send back the items and we can only accept products that are returned correctly. The purchased product must be returned intact and unused, complete with all its parts, equipped with a descriptive label of the product. The Client has to keep any proof related to the return by sending the goods through any form indicating the date of delivery; all the costs will be held by the Client himself. If the products are returned correctly you will receive a coupon with the original amount in order to use it on www.clamarsrl.itfor future orders.

If those goods will not be alike the ones you have ordered you have to send an e-mail to email@example.com as soon as possible in order to organize a shipment at our own cost so that our forwarder could come to pick up the items in their original packaging. Shipment costs will be held by Clamar SRL if the good received are not-compliant. Any dispute relating to these legal notes and / or the use of our website www.clamarsrl.it will be devolved to the exlusive jurisdiction of the Court of Como 206/2005.
